Email and SMS campaigns for a auto body shop
Past customers are the cheapest work a body shop will ever get, and almost nobody in this trade contacts them. A driver who had a good repair three years ago has no reason to think of you until they need you, and by then they are searching like a stranger.
Four campaigns carry it. A storm or hail message to your counties the week after weather goes through, offering a free damage inspection. A spring cosmetic push to the whole list: paintless dent repair, bumper scuffs, paint correction, headlight restoration, each with a price range. A lease-return reminder timed to the month, which is pure customer-pay margin. And a paint warranty note at month twelve that quietly reminds them you exist.
For SMS, send only to numbers you collected yourself and honor a stop request the second it arrives. Just 14.9% of shops publish an email address anywhere, so most of this list has to be built at the counter. Capture the email on the repair order.
Two weeks in, working means the first campaign has gone out and you can count the calls it produced against the size of the list.
